My Nan was the most special person u could ever meet, she was a living Angel. I had 11 beautiful
years with her in my life, and i know that she will be with me forever. She was loved by everyone,
she had 2 beautiful daughters Donna(my mum) and Julie, that i know she would b very proud of to this
day.
She was always the life n soul, even though she suffered for many years with kidney failure. My
Auntie Marian(her sister) kindly gave her a kidney, n all was well for a while, the hospital
prescibed her too much morephine, which caused her to have a stroke, n she was back in hospital, she
only got worse from then on, her memory went, n she wasnt my nan that i remembered. She was only 46
when she died, they say God takes the best ones 1st!
I miss her everyday x

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes
from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two
sets of footprints, other times there was one only.
This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one
set of footprints, so I said to the Lord,
"You promised me Lord, that if I followed you, you would walk with me
always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life
there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed
you most, have you not been there for me?"
The Lord replied, "The years when you have seen only one set of footprints,
my child, is when I carried you."
